Replacement tilt latches

A home owner from Savannah. GA says:

Hi,
I'm looking for replacement tilt latches for my double hung windows.
The existing latches measure 2-15/16
X 3/4". I dont know the window manufacturer.The paper tag on each window is printed MN2DHFR.
