Replacement tilt latches

I'm searching for replacements for the pictured damaged tilt latch and lever from the LH side of the sash. The latch fits into a .81"W x .24"H channel in the sash. RH side is shown installed, with its broken retainer/cap piece on the end. No idea what the make or age of the windows might be. The only mark is a "08 82" (date code?) stamped on the aluminum spacer between the panes, if that means anything. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
