Replacement track for sash window

Question

Hello I purchased a replacement track from your company but unfortunately it's too long. I thought I could use the existing screw holes but they don't line up. The plastic pieces that slide along the track broke. Would you happen to have something with these dimensions? Or is it possible to drill new holes?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I see you purchased the 36-048. It looks like the base of your hinge is 9-1/2" long but this part would be the best we can offer. Drilling new holes will be necessary as a result. Please note that we also recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
