I am looking for a replacement mechanism for this window. I found the oen for the other larger windows but can't find this one.

Thanks for posting. See our 39-216 Operator; its opposite-handed version is the 39-217. This looks like what you have, but review the specifications to confirm. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
