Hello. I have included some photos of my situation. I have two identical windows. One of them is missing all the hardware to makes it move and secures it. The photos are of the window hardware on the working one.

Take a look and compare the 39-393 operator, as well as the products listed under the related items section of the product page, to your original hardware. If you need new hinges as well, compare the specifications of the 36-048 to yours. Thanks for posting!
