Replacement. weather Stripping

Question

Trying to find some new weathe stripping (top and sides) for a mid 70?s Andersen sliding glass door, about 79 x 31 in size. Also if I could get some advice on removing the door to do the top and bottom.

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have from these photos. Would it be possible for you to remove a small sample and show us a picture of its end profile? Thank you!
