Replacement weather strip for casement windows

Hi, we live in a Ryan home built in 2008. The windows are Patriot, I believe. The weather stripping for the bathroom double casement window has deteriorated and has come off. Attached are some pics. Is this type of weatherstrip available? What other information could I provide? Thanks, Joe

I'm afraid I cannot identify this weatherstripping based on the given photo. In order to help, I need a clear angle of the end profile. Please see the video below for clarification on what I mean.
