Replacement weather striping on commercail metal EFCO double doors

Hi,
Please help!

I have looked and looked for the correct replacement. I hope you can help. Our EMS and Fire Station was built about 10 years ago and we have 2 areas of double doors that are metal and glass EFCO brand. There are 2 woolish strips on one of the doors. It slides out easily.
Looks to be 1/8 inch on nylon type square base and the pile looks to be 1/2 inch when new.
