Replacement weatherstripping for Pella Patio Door

Question

The door is a sliding patio door (one door stationary) circa 2020. I am trying to replace the weatherstripping that is on the door frame (not actually on the door).  I can not find any serial numbers to help identify the door.  Do you have a suggestion on which weatherstripping would work?

Thanks for posting. Our 58-053 has a very similar end profile. See the dimensions below and let me know if you think this bubble seal could work as a replacement.
