Replacement wheels for American craftsman patio sliding door

This Is for an American craftsman patio sliding door with built in blinds sku number for the door is 1001-054-376. Sorry I couldn't get more pictures with the measurements but hopefully this is enough to help me find replace wheels I need. Thank you so much Roxanne

Thanks for posting. Many customers with your type of American Craftsman door have used our 81-095, and this certainly looks similar. But please compare to the diagram below to confirm the dimensions match. Let us know what you find.
