Replacement window Parts

A home owner from McDonald, Pa says:

Good evening,

I'm attempting to replace parts on several of my windows, to include pins for the tilt window, locks and spiral balance and shoe. Unfortunately, there are no identifiers on the window. The windows were put in house in 2003 and are a builders grade. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Thanks,

Steven

Hello,

I'm afraid that the tilt latch shown in your photos isn't made anymore. We do offer the 26-243 and 26-244, which install similarly to yours but they lack the curved "tooth" of your latch. I cannot guarantee that they will work but these would be our best replacement options. Review the specifications and see what you think.

As for the rest of your hardware, we would need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers of your lock. We'll also need to see your balance and pivot shoe moved from the window to compare to our inventory, as well as confirm the housing tube diameter and length. Thank you.
