Replacement window balance

A home owner from New Jersey says:
I have two double hung Simontin windows that have broken balances. The tag on the window has Series 07-09/75-75DH.
Hoping you can identify the parts I need.

I attached a picture of the plastic part that broke.

This looks like part of the 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. See the video below. Note that the Simonton version of this shoe has a slightly different metal cam shape, so we recommend swapping the old cam with the one in the new shoe to ensure pivot bar compatibility. If the cam is not available, shave the 'collar' of the pivot bar down just a bit.
