Replacement window balance

Question

I am in need of replacement window balances- current matching balance has a metal track that is 21" long and 1/2" wide, though sash has a side channel 5/8" wide. The only stamp on the metal track is (as pictured in the photo) 20 3 GR Caldwell. Let me know if you need dimensions of the sash or the nylon end-pieces.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on the design of the old balance, I would recommend our S395-21 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
