Replacement window balance

Hello,

I've got a window with two balances, printed "23 1 FT CMC" on the side. The channel is 24 inches long and approximately 9/16" wide and deep. I'm looking to replace as the bottom shoe slides past the bottom of the window, so possibly a beefier shoe would be better.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-24 or S385-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2310.
