Replacement window balance

Question

I need to order replacements for two Caldwell window channel balances as follows (photos attached):

Stamped: 23 4 Caldwell IM
Sash Non-tilting
Sash weight 20 Lbs.
Channel length: 24"
Channel width: 1/2"
Very similar to your searies S380 or S385
Top appears to be a 19-005
Shoe appears similar to 15-004 or 15-005, except that the shoe has a cut out for accessing the head of a plastic screw.

This balance with the adjustment screw has been discontinued. Take a look at our series 385-24 with a spring weight option 2340 for a sash weighing between 18-23 lbs.
