Replacement window balance 11 2

Question

I have a 33wx14h" window that is missing its channel balances. I have an identical window that I have gotten information and pictures from.

It is marked "11 2 JR CALOWELL" and is 1/2" wide. The metal is 12" long and the plastic parts have wings.

Could you help me identify what part I need to buy from you.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-12 or S385-12 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
