Replacement window balance shoe

I'm looking for a replacement for the shoe in the picture. It works with a spring balance and a tilt window. Think the windows are Thermo Twin, made in 2004. I can't find any special product labels or marking.s

Hi Casey, thanks for looking at this request! I have attached a few more pictures. The plastic piece attaches into a metal "claw" that is connected to the cord in the pulley system. When the window is inserted the brake is in a "free" position and the window slides up and down easily. When the window is tiled out, a pivot in the brake locks into the track, and everything stays in place until the window is removed.
This is the first time for me to work on a window balance. I wonder if it is easier to replace the balance and shoe in total?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement balance that uses the fitting shown in your photos. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to the window manufacturer directly.
I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
