Hello there!
It looks like you have a heavy-duty Hybrid balance. We'd be happy to help with this but we'll just need more information. Can you confirm the length of the metal tube? It should end in a 1/2" increment. Can you also tell me if there's any stamp or marking printed on the tube itself? If there isn't one, we'll need to know the precise sash weight, down to the ounce.

I will have to get you the sash weight.
Any suggestion on how to weigh the window in the frame, or does it need to be removed.

I'm afraid the sash will need to be removed in order to weigh it.
