Replacement window balancer information requested

Question

Tried filling out form it would not send so I was directed to customer care.

See attached pictures

Windows will not open or close easily. The window frame is metal with hurricane glass. The sash weighs 30 pounds. I am not sure the correct balancers were used upon installation of the windows. Will order 8 balances once I know the correct part number.
Thank you for the help.

Hello, John. Let me get this straight: your balance has a winged attachment on top, a wingless attachment on bottom, a 30" metal channel, and it holds up a 30 pound sash? If all that is true (let me know if it is not), then you'd have the S395-30 with a 2950 stamp option.
