Replacement window balancers for EPI windows

Need replacement balancers for 9 single hung windows:
Stamp 1920 - balancer metal measures 20"; including plastic ends 21" = 4 balancers
Stamp 2520 - balancer metal measures 26"; including plastic ends 27" = 14 balancers

Please help me with which balancers to order.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, we have no record of the balances EPI used for their windows. We should be able to supply the replacement parts that you need but we'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom fittings and pulley clip of your balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 1920 spring strength options for your 20" and 2520 for the 26" replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
