Please see attached pictures. The stamps are 27 4 lv cmc 7 and 27 kv cmc 7 respectively

Hello,
Take a look and compare the specifications of the S395-28 channel balance to your assembly. The 27 4 stamp indicates that you will need a 2740 strength option for your replacements. Thanks for posting!

What does kv or lv indicate?

That is just part of the manufacturer code but does not indicate any details about the replacement balances that you need.
