Replacement window balances

Hello, John. Yes, this is an old rod style balance that's no longer being made. They're very old fashioned.

The good news is that our Series 775 can be used as an alternative. It should be a 1:1 replacement, so no alterations are necessary. All you need to do is measure the length (from plastic cap to plastic cap; don't include the cord or shoe) and get the weight of your sash so that you can pick the appropriate stamp option.
