Replacement window balances needed

Question

These are for Jordan windows from 1993.

The channel is marked: 28 3 Caldwell GM.

The metal channel is 1/2" wide, and is 29" long not including the plastic end clips.

I want to replace entire balance including spring.

Hello there. This is either an S351-29 or S390-29 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Measure your existing balance to see what matches best. For a stamp option, choose 2830.
