Replacement window channel balance

It measures slightly over 29 inches x 5/8 x 5/8". It has the number 2820 stamped on back.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance reminds me of the S395-29. This balance is assembled with a winged top guide and a wingless bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2820 stamp top option.
