Replacement window channel balance

I'm looking to replace the channel balance on my windows. They are marked as 27-4 (photo attached) with bottom guides that I'm having trouble finding. If you can help identify the same part, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 27-5/8" long. Can you confirm that for us? Can you also show us a close-up photo of the hook? I just need to determine if it matches the 62-106. Lastly, how many balances are you looking to replace?

Thank you for replying. Can confirm the metal channel length (photo attached), and I've also attached more photos of the hook. I'm looking to replace 4 or 6 of them depending on the cost. I didn't realize it would require a custom build. We may replace the windows outright in the future, so if they are substantially more expensive, I may have to think about it. Please let me know if you need any more photos or details. Appreciate your help.

Thank you for the additional photos! The price per balance is $35.52 per balance but we offer price discounts starting at (6) where the price is $26.64 per balance.

With that said, I will email you a purchase link for (6) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Note that the top and bottom fittings of the replacements will have wings but this won't affect function.
