Replacement window channel balance sash

Please see attached photos. Would like to confirm that the replacement would be a S385, 27 inches in length with the 2640 option. This would be for a non tilt window.

My window is a non tilt. I have determined that it is a S385. The one end has the 1 & 3/32" depth. The length would be 27 inches. The markings on the old one I took out is ( 26 4 IL CALDWELL ). Is this the option 2640?

We are happy to hear that you were able to locate a replacement balance. Your stamping of "26 4" does in fact correspond to our 2640 option which holds a sash weight of 19-26 pounds. If that should sound about how much your sash weighs, then you should be good to go.
