Replacement window crank

Can you help identify what replacement part I need for opening my Alcoa Casement Window. Looks a little like the 39-188. The longer of the two crank arms is about 4 5/8 hole to hole.

I'm afraid I can't confirm based on this picture, since I can only see the base. Can you remove the operator from the window and show me a picture of it by itself?

Looks like you sent us a picture of a sticker on the door. I'm afraid this does not help. We will need to see the operator fully removed from the window.
