Replacement window crank operator

I need a replacement window crank operator for a rental apartment. My tenant took the attached photo and checked measurements and matched it to 39-002. I want to order this part, but wanted to check with you first and find out whether you need more photos or measurements to confirm a match.

Mike, I believe your tenant may be onto something. I would have to agree and say our 39-002 window crank operator may very well be the operator you are looking for.
