Replacement window crank operator

Quick Learner
Hi there - I am in need a replacement operator - the number I am seeing on my current unit is OP05-7532-03. Can you please let me know which parts I will need to replace everything including the operator and the crank handle.
Thank you!

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-399 and 39-429 operators. The compatible handle is the 39-232 (sold separately). Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.

Hi Emily, thanks for getting in touch! The arm is indeed 13", but while measuring it, I found another part number on the arm itself. HG04-2006. Additional photos attached.
Given that new information, would 39-399 still be the correct replacement part?

I'm afraid the number printed on the operator doesn't tell us anything, but the 39-399 may be what you need. Our arm is 13-1/2" long, not 13", so you'll want to measure as we show in our product image to see if the specifications match up. This operator is designed for use with the 39-541 track slider (sold separately), so you'll want to make sure your operator uses this as well.

Thanks, Emily! I did a rough measurement, so it's likely 13.5" but I'll double check. Since I'm only replacing the operator because the crank area is stripped, do I need to replace the area I hilighted in red on the photo, or can that remain along with the track slider?

Nope, you can re-use the hinge and the track slider as long as they're in good shape!
