That will not help us in identification of your operator nor its replacement. We'd need to see photos of the part in question along with some detailed measurements. From there, we can start searching for replacement options. 

I see that your operator cover says Andersen, but looking closely at your operator, I am inclined to lean toward you having a Truth operator. See if there a Truth marking on the operator arm.
