Replacement window glazing

Hello,

I am looking for replacement for the window glazing that has dried out. I have attached the pictures, it is about .45" deep x 0.51 " , wood frame is 0.69" and glass is 0.53" thick.

I would like to replace for several windows, what model of glazing should I get? I did not find of same size, original window from house constructed on 2001.

Unfortunately the glazing in the pictures is too damaged to determine the exact style. To further review, we will need to see an undamaged piece removed from the window where we can see a clear view of the end profile. From there we can compare to our selection to see if we can offer a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
