Replacement window handle

I'm looking for a replacement window handle to match the one in the images. The back says "8160" and there is also a "3" near the handle. The diameter of the crank is 5/16. Thanks for your help.

Can you confirm the size of the spline? Our 39-274 has a spline size of 5/16", but I'm not sure if this is what you need. Let me know!

Oh, I'm sorry. The spline is the hole on the handle that fits over the operator's gear bore. If yours isn't 5/16", can you tell me what it is?
