Replacement window handles

A home owner from 94618 says:
I'm told these are Milgard windows. No idea when they were installed. The handle has a kind of "flap" that pops open when unlocked, and when the window is closed and locked, the flap goes over the part attached to the frame. If it's not aligned the handle breaks.

Hello,

Take a look at the cam handles we've related for you and see how the dimensions compare to your original hardware. Thank you!

These should work, thank you! I've ordered them.
