Replacement window hardware

This is Tony, I just sent in a request for options. I need two replacement mechanisms. What other info can I provide to help correctly id a replacement?

Hi there Tony. It's difficult to say for sure without seeing the entire assembly, but I suggest you start by reviewing our 39-031 and 39-032. Look them over and let me know what you think!
