Replacement window latch

I am needing help locating a replacement window latch. I have tried in store and online. I am attaching pictures and patent information. I do not know the brand of window nor are there any markings that I can find.

I need two RH and Two LH latches. Any information you could help me with would me appreciated. Thank You.
