Hi, I'm looking for replacement window locks and crank handles. The lock switch is broken and the handle wouldn't crank -- the handle feels loose and not catching the main mechanism. I believe the original parts are about 13 years old and it says DELMAR on the side of the window and I'm guessing this is the manufacturer. can you identify the model number that I should order? thanks.

Thanks for posting! For the window lock, I recommend that you look at our 38-090 SilverLine casement Locking handle. This appears to be a close match. Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.

As for the handle, I cannot quite make out what you have. I recommend that you browse through our Replacement Window Operator Accessories Section and see if you can match any of their dimensions up with your handle.
