Replacement window part id?

Good afternoon - trying to identify and purchase this part from my double hung / tilt windows. I was told these are Peachtree windows, but cannot find this part nor do the replacement parts look like the Peachtree parts I can find. This plastic piece sits inside the plastic channel with the spring, and has 1 hook that connects to the metal spring that runs in the channel of the third picture (1400). It should have 2 hooks but one has broken. If you could help identify the part or possibly the windows they come from it would be greatly appreciated!
