Replacement window parts

Question

I have NAMI NRFC 100 3500 series windows. Looking for Pivot lock shoes and the tool that cranks back up the pistons that pull the window back up and holds it in place.

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the information provided. To further review, we will need to see the original pivot shoe removed from the window with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can narrow down our selection to determine the best replacement option. Thank you!
