Thanks for posting! Looks like you need a new lock and a new tilt latch actuator. The lock looks like our 90-077C, but you will have to compare your dimensions to ours to confirm.

The same goes for the actuator. I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have here by eye. The best match will depend on the size and spacing of the two bottom prongs. You can see our entire selection here. There are detailed dimensions for each part that you can use as a reference.
