Replacement window pulley system

Hi, these are from a 30 year old vinyl double hung window if you zoom in at about 30 inches above that you can see the stamp of 33B and it appears to be a B. S. I. Stamp if that is of any significance please let me know if you need any other information And pricing and availability. Thank you.
