Replacement window rollers

I am sending you a sample of the window rollers that I have on my NUPRIME Season All windows on my porch. The only number I can find is on the window. This is a patent # - 3449-862-0209 812-0 213676. I'm not sure how old the windows are. I think they may have been installed in the 90's.

Thank you for your patience. We have received your sample and believe we have a solution. The wheel I believe is our 87-058, however we do not yet have the housing. We are currently working on bringing in a possible match and will let you know when it becomes available!

Hi Tom - The replacement housing for the windows you suggested is a "top sash guide." My old window rollers (the one that I had sent you as an example) were from the bottom of the window. Don't know if the top sash guide is going to work???? You're input please. Thanks. Linda Haddad :)

I believe the manufacture made this one type to be used either as a top sash guide or bottom roller housing.
