Replacement window sash balancer

A home owner from California says:
I tried the site tool to identify my window channel balancer and got this far:
https://www.swisco.com/cl/1_2-inch-Wide-Channel-Balances.

It's a half inch channel balancer for a non-tilt window. A few of these look really similar to my channel balancer, so I'm not sure which to order...

Thanks for writing in. See our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640. Let us know if you have any other questions.

A home owner from California says:
Sadly, another balancer broke for another window. How do I figure out the stamp? Do I just add a zero to the 32 4 to get 3240?

I'm planning on ordering this part for 33": https://www.swisco.com/33-inch/pd/Series-380-Channel-Balances/S380-33

You are correct. You can go with the S380-33 option 3240 option that holds a sash weight of 23-28 pounds.
