I have a home built in 1995 with double hung windows with no vendor markings. The circular portion of the plastic has broken and I was wondering if you could help me identify it.

I would be happy to help you identify this pivot shoe. However, I will need some measurements in order to do so. You will need to remove the part from the window in order to do this. Can you please tell me the exact width and depth of the shoe? Many thanks!

1.25" wide x 3/8"

I'm afraid I wasn't able to identify anything with those dimensions. Can you show me an undamaged version removed from the window?
