Replacement window sash release lever

Hi, looking for multiple replacements (minimum 20) for the window sash release level in photo. I do not know the brand of window. It does not marked on window and where from previous homeowner Reno.
Dimensions for the lever: Head is 2" L x 1/2" W. The depth varies as the top is sculpted to provide a finger grip or handle. The bottom features two prongs with a contour pattern and are positioned facing opposite directions (as mirror images if each other).  Each prong is 3/8" L x 3/16" W x 1/8 D. Prongs are positioned 3/4" from the end of unit to the center of prong. The space in between each prong is 1/2". Note: Each lever has two prongs but in the sample photo they each have one broken prong.
