I am having a new home built with Ply Gem vinyl double hung windows. The window models are the Pro Classic Series, PWG-M-56-00432-00001. The windows have vent locks that are permanently engaged, requiring them to be manually pushed in every time I try to open a window. Ply Gem recommended that I contact you for a replacement that can be kept in a non-engaged position, allowing me to fully open and close windows without holding in a tab every time I try to open the windows.
Attached are three photos showing the Ply Gem part with measurements (front view, rear view, side view). Please let me know if you have a replacement part that will work as I hope.
