Hello! If your sash is 22 pounds exactly then the B option should work perfectly fine. It is rated to lift 22 pounds, even if that's on the high end. You could go up to C if you wanted but you very likely won't notice a big difference. Please note that balances like this typically last only 10-15 years, depending on how often they're used. Seeing as how yours were installed in 2008 then they're probably just at the end of their lifespan. |
