No manufacturer name or part numbers. Two screws surface mounted tilt latch. White

Dimensions: 3 1/8" x 1 11/32"

Distance between hole centerlines: 2 1/8"

Found some numbers on underside of broken part:

11403 5R PAT. # 4.901.475
