Replacement window vent latch

I need to replace several latches and some of the mounting brackets pictured.

The latch insert is 2" long, 3/8" wide, and 5/8"deep.

The mounting bracket is 3.5" long, 5/8" wide (side-to-side across the oval opening in the top), and 11/16" deep. It is 3" from the center of a screw hole to the center of the other screw hole.

A sticker on one of the windows has the following:

There are no MI Windows dealers close to my location (2+ hours away) and they only appear to sell through dealers or to contractors. So, I'm looking for compatible replacement vent latches.
