Replacement windows needed

Hello, I have 3 windows that need replaced - glass is cracked and balance spring is broken. I just purchased the house and the windows appear to be 20 years old.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement glass or window sashes. You would need to contact a local glass shop to replace and reseal your glass.

As for the balances, we should be able to help with those parts but we would need to see an intact balance removed from the window. Please include both ends, and numbers stamped on the balance, and the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord in your photos. Thank you!
