I need to replace this busted windows balances and need your help selecting the right one to order.

Thanks for contacting us. Please take a look at both our S380-27 and S385-27 channel balances. Based on the depth of your bottom balance shoe will determine which of the two would work as a replacement. Whichever one you decide to go with will use a 2650 option.
